Mother’s Day High Tea with Emelia Jackson at Melbourne Town Hall

This promotion is conducted by Sheds 3, 4 and 5 Pty Ltd (ACN 164 750 850), trading as Showtime Event Group (“Promoter”). 

Eligibility 

• Open to residents of Victoria, Australia aged 18 years and over.
  • Entrants mustpurchase a valid ticket to the Emelia Jackson Mother’s Day High Tea at Melbourne Town Hall event delivered by Showtime Event Group during the Competition Period.
  • Employees and immediate family of the Promoter and associated agencies and partners are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” includes spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling. 

Competition Period 

• Entries open on Monday 20 April 2026 at 5:00pm (AEST) and close on Monday 27 April 2026 at 11:59pm (AEST).

Competition Mechanics 

• To enter, participants must purchase a ticket to the Emelia Jackson Mother’s Day High Tea at Melbourne Town Hall via Eventbrite during the Competition Period.
  • Each valid ticket purchase transaction equals one automatic entry into the draw.
  • Multiple ticket purchases will result in multiple entries.
  • No additional entry form is required unless otherwise specified.
  • Incomplete, cancelled, or refunded transactions will not be eligible. 

Prize Inclusions 

• One Kenwood Go Stand Mixer KZM35000GR valued at $399 AUD.
  • Prize is as supplied and includes standard manufacturer inclusions only.

Prize Conditions 

• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in prize value.
  • Any additional costs associated with use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. 

Winner Selection 

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place on Thursday 30 April 2026 at the Promoter’s premises.

Winner Notification 

• The winner will be contacted via the email used topurchasetheir ticket on Thursday 30 April 2026.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and a redraw may take place on 7 May 2026 at the same location and in the same manner as the original draw. 

Prize Redemption 

• The winner must redeem the prize in person at the Emelia Jackson Mother’s Day High Tea event at Melbourne Town Hall delivered by Showtime Event Group.
  • To claim the prize, the winner must present the winner notification email and valid photo identification to a Showtime Event Group staff member at the event.
  • The prize must be collected at the event and will not be posted or delivered.
  • If the winner does not attend the event or cannot present the required documentation, the prize will be forfeited. 

Event Changes 

• If the event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide the prize to the winner via an alternative method.

Liability 

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the use of the prize.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorised access, or any issues arising from third-party platforms, including Eventbrite.
  • The Promoter is not the manufacturer of the prize and is not responsible for any faults or defects. Any issues with the prize should be directed to the manufacturer, Kenwood. 

Privacy 

• Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
  • By entering, participants consent to their personal information being used for the purposes of administering this promotion and for marketing communications, unless they opt out. 

Promotional Rights 

• By entering, participants agree to allow the Promoter to use their name for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation. 

General  

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
