Cancellation and No-Shows
Tickets to NYE at Showtime Events Centre & River Pavilion are non-refundable in the case of cancellation due to change of mind (including errors when making bookings online and changes in personal circumstances), reductions in the number of guests dining or in the event of a no-show.
Joint Bookings
During the checkout process, there will be a designated area where you can leave comments or additional instructions. Simply mention in that section that you would like to join specific bookings or provide any relevant details.
