Showcasing ‘Weddings by Showtime Event Group’

Showtime Event Group hosts an intimate evening for all our couples that have upcoming weddings. It’s an opportunity to showcase what we do best, and provide a special preview of what to expect on their big day.

The night includes a sampling of our wedding menu and an opportunity to see how each dish is presented. We also feature a range of food stations and display our innovative approach to food styling.https://www.youtube.com/embed/_ed77maR508

Our extensive menu selection is then complimented with our full range of wine packages available to taste on the night. Recreating the ultimate cellar door experience, couples have the chance to be introduced to our in house sommeliers and then match a beverage package to their menu selections. There’s even an opportunity to chat with our mixologists and create a ‘Signature cocktail on arrival’ that’s designed specifically for them.

The evening is also an opportunity for couples to share a glass of wine with their dedicated Wedding Producer, and meet the wider Showtime Event Group family. Such as the operations team who will run their reception with precision, their head waiter who will attend to them that night, and of course the Head Chef that delivers their selected menu.

But what really impresses our couples, and gives every one of them that draw dropping moment on arrival, is the room set up. Showtime Event Group are very proud to work with a range of Melbourne’s very best wedding suppliers. Each one uses the night as an opportunity to showcase their products and services. From centrepieces and florals, through to chandeliers and draping, with all suppliers on hand to answer any questions the couples may have.
