Cancellation and No-Shows
Ticket to Christmas Lunch at Aerial are non-refundable in the case of cancellation due to change of mind (including errors when making bookings online and changes in personal circumstances), reductions in the number of guests dining or in the event of a no-show.
Changes in Booking
Any requests for date changes must be made with at least 72 hours’ notice; strictly no exception. Transfer fee applies.
Parking
Yes – Aerial is located in South Wharf with multiple parking options close by. Guests can park at the DFO South Wharf car park, which is just a short walk from the venue.
