Is there a cost to attend?
No, the event is completely free for competition entrants.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes. You’ll enjoy a complimentary drink and light tastings on arrival. Additional beverages and food will also be available for purchase.
Can I bring guests with me?
Will planners be available for one-on-one questions?
Absolutely. Our award-winning planning and production team will be available throughout the event for relaxed, genuine conversations about your vision, ideas, and next steps.
Are there offers available on the day?
Yes – we’ll be announcing a few offers created specifically for competition entrants.
Do I need to register to attend?
Yes – registrations are essential so we can prepare hospitality and ensure the space is set for all attending couples.
Parking
Yes – onsite parking is available at Mission Whitten Oval.
Public Transport
Western Grounds is easy to reach by public transport. Footscray Station is a 10–12 minute walk, and Tram 82 plus several bus routes stop along Barkly Street and Geelong Road nearby.
Food & beverage for purchase
Food & beverages will be available to purchase on the day. Please note cash is not accepted.
