One of the company’s original executives, he returned in 2022 to lead SEG’s next chapter — combining strategic planning and leadership with a drive for continuous improvement and people-first culture.

Bradley’s international experience has shaped his forward-thinking approach to sustainable growth and operational excellence. As SEG’s CEO, he is focused on empowering teams, enhancing client experiences, and building a future-ready business.

Fun fact: Bradley loves cooking — just not following recipes. You’ll find him at his best behind the BBQ, where he’s known for his perfectly chargrilled eye fillet.

Abi Napper

From launching venues in the UK to leading expansion efforts in Australia, Abi’s journey has been defined by strategic vision, operational finesse, and a deep commitment to excellence.

Today, she leads Showtime’s sales and marketing division — mentoring a dynamic team of Client Relationship Managers and Wedding Executives. Abi is the architect behind countless partnerships and brand initiatives, delivering memorable, client-first experiences with a signature blend of creativity and commercial acumen.

Fun Fact: Abi finds joy in solo adventures to faraway places. “I am never happier than when enjoying the landscape in a quiet place for a couple of weeks.” Her favourite recent destinations? Bagan and Rishikesh.

Phillip Williams

His leadership spans corporate catering, events, resorts, and not-for-profits — underpinned by a passion for building high-performing teams and achieving measurable results.

Phillip has led operations at major organisations including VenuesLive NSW, Compass Group, and the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. He specialises in scaling venue performance, driving cost efficiencies, and creating outstanding customer experiences — all while fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

At Showtime, Phillip oversees operational excellence across the venue portfolio, ensuring every event runs smoothly from the first guest to the final pack-down.

Fun Fact: Born in Liverpool and passionate about football, Phillip is a dedicated Reds supporter. He also enjoys refereeing his son’s games, blending his love for the sport with a sense of community and nurturing the next generation of football talent.

Cath Chow

With over 18 years of experience across some of Australia’s most respected hospitality groups — including The Langham, Accor, and Australian Venue Co. — Cath Chow brings a bold, ingredient-led approach to the role of Head of Culinary at Showtime Event Group.

Cath’s culinary philosophy is grounded in ethical sourcing, local collaboration, and delivering memorable dining experiences at every scale. From weddings to corporate galas, her menus are built on flavour, creativity, and a deep respect for Australian produce. Before joining SEG, she led back-of-house operations at Q Events by Metropolis.

At Showtime, Cath is elevating the event dining experience through innovation, native ingredients, and immersive formats like live cooking stations and chef’s tables — creating unforgettable moments through food.

Fun Fact: In her spare time, Cath builds miniature dioramas — a hands-on, detail-focused hobby that keeps her creativity sharp outside the kitchen.

Will Tran

At Showtime Event Group, Will leads a passionate network of Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Front of House talent across the venue portfolio. His background includes senior roles at Pancake Parlour and Fonda Mexican, where he sharpened his expertise in scalable operations and frontline leadership.

Now at SEG, Will champions consistency, guest experience, and the systems that make excellence repeatable.

Fun Fact: Will makes a mean Margarita and is always chasing his next adventure. His favourite destinations? Thailand and the USA.

Jake Kyroussis

Jake is more than a logistics lead — he’s a trusted connector across teams, venues, and suppliers. Whether managing infrastructure for major events or mentoring new talent, Jake ensures every detail is aligned behind the scenes so the spotlight always shines where it should.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, you’ll often find Jake on the golf course or carving up the slopes on his annual ski trip — a little precision and adrenaline, just like show day.

Hayley Murnane

In her current role, Hayley leads the integration of new venues, products, and services into the Showtime brand. Known for her ability to connect teams and ideas, she works across departments and stakeholders to deliver seamless innovation, ensuring every addition aligns with SEG’s evolving identity and goals.

Fun Fact: Previously, Hayley ran her own chandelier hire business, adding sparkle to events in more ways than one. She enjoys caravanning across Australia with her family — proof that she knows how to plan for adventure, too.

Claudine Collins

With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, events, and venue management, Claudine brings with her a wealth of knowledge, an infectious passion for events, and an impressive track record in the hospitality and event management industries. 

Claudine joins us following an illustrious career at the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC), where she spent over 11 years contributing to the success of globally renowned events such as the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix and Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix. Throughout her tenure, Claudine played a pivotal role in elevating the hospitality experiences for these events, leading major catering tenders and forging partnerships that propelled AGPC into a new era of event excellence. Her expertise in planning and delivering large-scale events has solidified her reputation as a trusted and respected leader in the industry.

At Showtime, she champions seamless execution, elevated experiences, and the integration of purpose across every project.

Fun Fact: Claudine loves golden retrievers and has her own colour #claudinegreen. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, Claudine is always on the lookout for the next great culinary experience. She is a proud member of a women’s community choir. Her love for photography allows her to capture life’s beautiful moments, while her adventurous spirit has taken her scuba diving beneath the waves.

Fun Fact: Known as SEG’s resident larrikin, Ryan is just as likely to break into song as he is to reinvent a dish. His energy is contagious — in and out of the kitchen.
