Showtime Event Group Cancellation Policy

 

 

 

In the case you need to cancel your event please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

 

 

1. Notification of Cancellation: Please provide written notice as soon as possible advising of the cancellation.

 

 

2. Cancellation Fee: Upon notification of the cancellation, a cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will be equal to the monies paid or due per the contract terms at the time of cancellation.

 

 

3. Request for Date Change: When booking your event with Showtime Event Group, the event is specific to a time period and venue. Once a booking is confirmed, this venue and period are closed off for other enquiries. As such, postponements are not permitted under our agreement, other than in the case of COVID-19 as outlined in the special conditions. A request to postpone will be treated as a cancellation and as below.

 

 

4. Additional liabilities: In addition, to the cancellation fee, you will also be liable for any pre-paid costs or liabilities to any third parties including but not limited to pre-booked entertainment, styling and event hire.

 

 

5. Refund Process: Following the cancellation, and the assessment of the cancellation fee, any remaining balance will be refunded to you within 30 days.

 

 

6. Contractual Obligations: Certain terms and conditions outlined in your contract with SEG may apply to the cancellation process. We encourage you to review all terms carefully and reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

 

 

By engaging in a contract with SEG, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy outlined herein.
